About the Team The Vehicle Engineering team plays a pivotal role in ensuring every Aston Martin vehicle expresses our brand DNA and delivers the intended level of attribute performance. Sitting at the centre of vehicle programme delivery, the team provides a critical technical integration function with broad cross‑functional engagement across engineering, quality, manufacturing and programme management. The team is accountable for delivering technical integration, managing vehicle fleet cost, maintaining programme timing aligned to checkpoints and gateways, and ensuring the right level of integrity is achieved at the right time to deliver the correct vehicle metrics. The Opportunity: Working closely with the Vehicle Engineering Manager or Senior Manager , this role plays a leading part in vehicle programme delivery. You will take ownership of key vehicle engineering activities across attributes, virtual development, design verification and prototype builds, helping ensure products meet both customer expectations and business requirements.
