Job description

The Environmental Summer Intern will support the Corporate Environmental Team in finalizing the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) across all Dal-Tile manufacturing facilities in the United States. This internship provides hands-on experience in environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and operational integration within a manufacturing environment. This internship is structured as a project-based experience to be completed within the 12-week program. This position is located at the Dallas Corporate office and is an onsite internship opportunity. This is not a remote role. The selected intern will present project outcomes at our annual Intern Expo Day on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.
