ABOUT THE ROLE: The Director of Global Product Quality is responsible for developing, leading, and continuously improving the organization’s global product quality strategy. This role ensures products consistently meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and company standards across all markets. The Director will lead cross-functional quality initiatives spanning design, manufacturing, supply chain, and post-market surveillance, driving a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement worldwide. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON: - Develop and execute the global product quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives - Establish global quality standards, policies, and performance metrics across all regions - Serve as the executive sponsor for quality improvement initiatives and transformation programs - Lead quality governance forums and report on quality performance to senior leadership as required - Ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle: concept, design, development, manufacturing, distribution, and post-market - Drive robust risk management processes including FMEA, CAPA, root cause analysis, and change control - Monitor and improve...
