SALARY RANGE: $52,250.00 - $71,887.50: Manito Transit LLC is a full-service petroleum, propane, ammonia, and chemical trucking company dedicated to providing high-quality products and services for the purpose of improving customer profitability. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT: Maintains information on customer orders or schedules deliveries in a manner that meets customer requirements while minimizing overall Manito Transit costs. Provides service solutions to all customers both internal and external. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Serves as Manito Transit’s primary dispatch customer service representative. Tenders orders to drivers in accordance to procedures in an effort to maximize efficiency. Responsible for communicating to our customers when a specific “Time or Terminal” option is the only option available to meet our customers’ needs. Responsible for order entry and communication to customers when delivery requests can not be met and provides them with all possible delivery options.
