Senior Tax Manager

Description Scentsy is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to oversee the preparation and filing of all required income tax returns for various partnerships, S-corps, trusts, and individuals. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5-7 years of senior tax experience focused on HNW individuals, S-corps, partnerships, and trusts with a strong background in real estate. The successful candidate must be self-directed and exercise a high level of independent judgment. What You'll Do: - Evaluate implications of partnership transactions by utilizing knowledge of partnership, individual, and trust taxation to communicate potential considerations to the broader internal service team - Coordinate internally and with external service providers on investment partnership structuring, transactions, and administration - Manage external service providers - Liaise between in-house investment managers, outside advisors, and internal service teams when evaluating new investments - Manage tax projects from initiation to completion, which includes planning, executing, and directing work while effectively controlling time and expenses - Develop and recommend tax planning techniques and services for indi...
