Job description

ROLE OVERVIEW: - Conduct operational due diligence on third-party alternative investment managers, with emphasis on business and operational capabilities. This includes leading and participating in on-site and virtual meetings with investment managers and their key personnel to evaluate governance, financial and operational sustainability, talent management, operating models, infrastructure, transactional workflows, liquidity management, compliance, valuation, cybersecurity, and service provider arrangements. - Review and assess advisor and fund documentation, including offering documents, legal structures, procedure manuals, compliance policies, financial statements, and marketing materials. - Monitor third-party advisors through diligence surveillance tools, AI-enabled platforms, publicly available information, and periodic reporting (e.g., financial statements) to identify reputational, legal, and operational risks and evaluate the effectiveness of controls designed to mitigate them.
