About the role: This position is responsible for providing friendly, professional and efficient service to Tennis World members, coaching students and customers ensuring the service areas such as Court hire, Membership, Programs, Social Leagues and Tournament, Coaching, Pro Shop, Tours, Merchandise and Café all are deliver to the highest levels of customer service and efficiency.
