Job Description Required Certificates and Licenses: NC Teaching Certification Preferred Residency Requirements: Must reside in North Carolina The Student Academic and Engagement Coach plays a vital role in supporting student success by improving daily attendance, increasing engagement in learning, and providing targeted academic interventions. This educator works collaboratively with teachers, counselors, families, and administrators to identify barriers to attendance and performance, implement strategies to re-engage at-risk learners, and deliver academic support to ensure all students meet grade-level expectations.
