Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization The Senior Specialist GBS HR Services - Mobility Operations - will be responsible for the execution of complex and high-impact mobility cases within the EMEA region. Reporting to the Team Leader of Mobility Operations, this role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of global mobility services in line with company policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements. The role plays a key part in operational stability, quality assurance, and subject-matter expertise, contributing to a consistent employee experience and supporting the organization’s global talent and mobility strategy.
