As the Director, Healthcare Facility Security , you will collaboratively develop, implement, and monitor security processes in the medical environment that are consistent with regulatory and industry standards, as well as Duke University Campus Police Department (CP), Duke Health System, and medical facility leadership expectations. This position reports to the Director, Health System Security within the Campus Police Department. The role is expected to be available to monitor and manage significant security incidents at assigned medical facilities and to serve as a trusted security partner within a complex healthcare environment. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Work requires communication and analytical skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree program or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
