We’re looking for a New Business Manager to join our North Scotland region, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships that drive real commercial impact. This is a field-based role where you’ll take ownership of growing your region through acquiring high-quality properties, building a strong local network, and shaping the success of each property from the very beginning. You’ll need to be comfortable travelling extensively across North Scotland and the Islands, managing your own diary effectively to maximise opportunity and performance.
