Working under the direction of a licensed healthcare professional, you will support the surgical team across preoperative and perioperative phases, ensuring each procedure is set up for success. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to gather and prepare the appropriate instruments, equipment, and supplies for a wide range of surgical procedures, assist in preparing the surgical suite, and actively support the surgeon during operations. You will be responsible for maintaining strict sterile and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
