Work Shift: Day - 8 Hour (United States of America)Performs a wide variety of duties in the daily management/supervision of the department including coordinating all activities of the department, daily supervising the planning, preparation and serving of patients, cafeteria and catering meals, establishing and implementing policies and procedures and assuring compliance with standard practices and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: A. Education & Training: High School graduate or GED equivalent. B. Experience: Previous management experience. C. Required Certification/Registration/Licensure: Current ServeSafe certification or obtained within ninety (90) days of hire. D. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Utilizes a variety of food service equipment, both large and small equipment. These include food slicers and processors, ovens, fryers, steamers, refrigerators, freezers, dish machines, and floor cleaning machines. Also utilizes a variety of standard office equipment as needed.
