FLEX Director, Program Delivery Lead

This is a temporary position. Hybrid – 2-3 days in office. JOB SUMMARY: The Program Delivery Lead drives and coordinates Digital delivery execution for key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring Digital teams are set up for success with strong agile practices, clear delivery plans, and disciplined dependency and risk management. This role partners across Product, UX, Engineering, and Shared Services to translate delivery needs into actionable work in Jira, validate plans through agile ceremonies, and ensure progress is visible, accurate, and aligned to release commitments. The Program Delivery Lead proactively identifies and drives completion of technical milestones and cross-team dependencies, escalates and resolves blockers, and coordinates Digital inputs to change/release governance processes to enable predictable, on-time delivery.
