Description The team at Eikon Research is seeking a Principal Radar Engineer to join them and lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced radar systems, emphasizing hardware integration, reliability, and performance for defense applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in radar system architecture and radar performance predictions and modeling, digital and RF Hardware design, digital signal processing, RF calibration, and ruggedized electronics design. They will translate technical requirements into innovative solutions, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with government standards for military radar technologies. A strong background in electrical engineering, radar principles, and RF defense systems is essential. This is an onsite position in Huntsville, AL.
