The Position: The electrification product manager is responsible for development of trailer electrification products in support of zero emission products. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Lead appropriate functional organizations to develop product strategies and initiatives for the electrified CV market to achieve a differentiated market position (Define where to play and how to win) - Develop product plans, business cases, and plans to implement strategies for product line profitability - Become subject matter expert on assigned products, markets, customers, and competitors by: - Understanding market trends, requirements, legislation, and impacts - Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements - Defining product vision - Working closely with engineering, sales, service, and marketing to develop long-term product road maps - Working to develop optimized investment, marketing, and go-to-market approaches associated with developed p...
