Job Title Senior Client Accounting Coordinator Job Description Summary: The Senior Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive processing and maintenance of accounting data that flows to the property general ledger, with an emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal controls. This role involves overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and additional complex accounting tasks. The Senior Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sr. Client Accountant and other property stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations and will take on leadership in internal projects and process improvements. Job Description Essential Job Duties: •Process accounts payable and receivable transactions within accounting software systems (Yardi/MRI/Client Specialty Platforms), ensuring accuracy and compliance. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, with a demonstrated history of increasing responsibilities. •This is a a fully on-site position.
