Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, Thermals

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or thermal-related equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in the thermal technology and manufacturing process. - 10 years of experience in quality/reliability and thermal technology. - Experience in statistical product quality control, process capability, reliability, failure analysis, and process improvement. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. - Certification in Quality (CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA). - 12 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Product Engineering for hardware technology and systems. - Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication. - Understanding of thermal management from infrastructure to chip including next generation cooling technologies, materials, components, and solutions.
