Strive, Develop and Succeed We are currently recruiting for an experienced a Quarry Manager to lead the team at our Wollert Quarry in Victoria, approximately a 45 minute drive North of Melbourne. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager Aggregates, this leadership role is a multi-faceted role for someone looking for the next step in their career or looking to apply their existing skills and experience in an important role in a growing and exciting market. As the Quarry Manager, you will hold direct responsibility for all aspects of the operations focusing on safety, environment, plant, equipment to achieve annual financial targets whilst delivering on customer requirements and execution outcomes. In your new role, you will be: Leading and managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals. Making business decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including achieving agreed targets / KPIs, financial planning, budgeting and managing costs within budget.
