Overview: Job Description Summary: Supports innovation projects developing medical technologies while participating in the Innovation Fellowship training program. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Assists with the management of innovation projects from inception to commercialization, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Provides technical expertise and engineering support for the development of pediatric medical devices, including prototyping, testing, and design. - Facilitates effective communication and collaboration with clinical innovators, external partners, and internal teams. - Participates in training programs focused on front-end innovation, human-centric observation techniques, needs identification, concept generation, and intellectual property strategy. - Assists in developing regulatory and reimbursement strategies, as well as business plans for new medical technologies, including market analysis and customer discovery. - Engages with medical innovators to identify unmet medical needs and opportunities for innovation through clinical immersion and observation - Prepares and presents project documentation, including invention disclosures...
