The core responsibilities of this role include: Assisting the Account Management team with order creation and data entry in our Transportation Management System. Scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments via phone call, email correspondence, and web portals. Answering phone and email customer service inquiries. Other ad hoc customer service support as needed. Position: Dispatch Coordinator: Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm Pay: $22/hour In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task across a variety of customer needs. Accurate data entry. High levels of customer service.
