Senior HR Advisor Bilfinger uk Responsibilities: - To provide a professional human resources advice and support to management in full alignment of business objectives. - The job maintains a link between management and employees and provides a catalyst for implementing change and most appropriate practice. The role is measured by the ability to provide efficient and effective first line support and advice to line managers in an evolving and constantly changing environment. - Provide and manage the day to day operational HR support to the respective business areas in respect to employee related support to allow the business to best utilise it's employees contributions to the business.
