Summary: As a Learning & Development Intern, you will join our team to gain hands-on experience in the skills required of L&D professionals. You will assist with LMS administration, resource management, and course planning while supporting our mission to provide high-quality educational technology solutions. Essential Functions: - Review and update Global Resources within the Learning Management System (LMS). - Participate in “Skills” research, buildout, and deployment to the corporate office. - Assist with translation rules and administrative functions inside the LMS. - Support course development through end-user research and storyboarding. - Plan and prepare materials for Instructor-Led Training courses for Fall 2026. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally. - Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others learn. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Must be highly organized and detail-oriented. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
