This role acts as the first point of contact for employee queries and is directly involved in the operational execution of key activities such as onboarding, payroll, contractual variations and terminations. As a subject matter expert in the HR processes we oversee, the HR Services Specialist helps maintain operational efficiency, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and promotes a culture of compliance and accountability.
