Job DetailsJob Location: Meriden Office - Meriden, CT 06450QualificationsBIM Manager BL Companies is growing and seeking a BIM Coordinator / Specialist to help advance our firmwide BIM strategy. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for a 5+ years experienced AEC professional who is passionate about quality, consistency, and innovation in digital design delivery. This role is expected to maintain a minimum of 50% billable utilization, while also leading the development and implementation of Revit and BIM standards, support drawing production as well as drive overall strategy for Revit workflows and BIM best practices. You will also play a critical role in developing talent by leading Revit training, strengthening digital asset libraries, and helping integrate BIM across multiple disciplines.
