Position Summary: Supervises and provides leadership to all clinical staff and oversees all clinical services. Essential Responsibilities: - Provide clinical direction and leadership to all personnel. - Assure timely, accurate and adequate recording keeping and monitor/evaluate records. - Develop, implement, and evaluate all program activities. - Monitor all treatment program admissions, authorizations, and discharges. - Coordinate services with community and health care agencies to provide a continuum of care. - Respond to all program emergencies as necessary following all Harbor Light approved policies and procedures. - Supervision and scheduling of clinical personnel as directed by the Site Administrator. - Maintain accurate documentation regarding supervised staff. - Verify and approve hours worked for employees and submit information to the payroll person in a timely manner. - Give recommendations on hiring and firing of all clinical personnel. - Review admission and discharge satisfaction surveys - Represent The Harbor Light in community functions and committees as directed by the Site Administrator. - Provide for the day-to-day operations of the site in the absence of the Si...
