This requires a unique set of skills to effectively resolve complicated battery system issues and effectively communicate with customers and upper management. In this role, you will provide in-house or on-site technical support and debugging capabilities for our customers while supporting the New Flyer Service team. You will also support Field Service technicians as a technical liaison for open customer questions/issues.
