Job Description: The EH&S Compliance & Training Coordinator supports the organization’s environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) compliance efforts by coordinating and managing employee training programs through a Learning Management System (LMS). This role ensures employees receive required regulatory and job-specific training, maintains accurate compliance records, and supports EH&S initiatives across Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense (EBAD) sites. Working closely with the Manager of Safety & Regulatory Compliance, EH&S teams, Operations, Human Resources, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), this position helps maintain regulatory readiness and promotes a strong culture of safety and accountability.
