Department: 38410 High Point Medical Center - Pharmacy Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Weekdays but support 24/7 operations with rotating off hours support Pay Range: $30.70 - $46.05 Major Responsibilities: - Supervises operational activities of pharmacy technicians, coordinates staff to meet daily priorities, resolves issues, and insures services are safe, timely and high quality. - Ensures appropriate documentation is completed and retained. Participates in the maintenance of department compliance with federal, state, Accrediting Organization, and other regulatory law and/or standards. - Provides leadership, training and support for department strategic initiatives. - Supports budget targets through inventory management, waste reduction, and efficient workflows. - Coordinates daily staffing and scheduling of pharmacy technicians to ensure workload needs of the department are met.
