Learn more at GCE.org. Overview: The Laborer is responsible for performing mainly physical laborer duties to support the Facilities Maintenance (FM) functions of the organization. Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be able to comprehend both written and/or verbal instructions.
