Contracts Manager - (US Remote)

Job description

Main Duties: - Act as the first point of contact for designated customer contracts (contracts over $150k, high risk or longer than 1 year in duration). - Manages Samuel’s risk exposure from contracts while maintaining good working relationships with internal and external partners. - Assesses when to consult with legal counsel, finance and other internal business partners. - Develop and implement the contract management guidelines. - Responsible for reviewing contracts, bids, letters and related documents for compliance with company policies and processes. - Develop appropriate relationships and communication with internal and external contacts. - Work closely with Samuel’s sales professionals, customers and other business partners (including finance and procurement) to communicate and implement agreement terms. - Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date contract records, logs and reports. - Monitor long term agreements. - Implement and maintain CLM. - Provide support in the event of contract disputes. - Support Chief Compliance Officer with respect to regulatory filings, screenings and supplier due diligence mapping Experience and Knowledge: - Must possess a minimum of 5+ years...
