This encompasses many areas, including personnel management, training, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, contracted services, administration, reporting, and safety and legal compliance. What you’ll do: As a Community Manager, you will be a savvy and intelligent team leader, fully accountable for all aspects of your property's operations.
