About the Role: The Technical Lead is responsible for driving technical excellence, ensuring architecture and code quality, and mentoring a geographically distributed and diverse team. This role is hands-on and also serves as the primary technical point of contact, collaborating with the Software Development Manager, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions to the business.
