Overview & Responsibilities The Project Manager II will assist and train Level I Project Managers and work independently to process all phases of shop repair projects. The complexity of the projects will range from simple single-stage industrial type equipment to multi-stage engineered apparatus. This position will develop quotations, create production work scopes, process & coordinate material ordering and subcontract requirements. Most projects managed by Project Manager Level II will range from $5,000 to $1,000,000 in value. The nature of this position is a continuous process of developing a systematic way of planning, implementing, managing, and analyzing repair orders. Many project activities, although covered by Elliott policy and procedure, brings with it something different and challenging. Communication with customers, both internal & external, is paramount. Selling of shop services is a daily function of this position.
