IAM Business Analyst II - ( 2600044X ) Description A Brief Overview The IAM Business Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and support of the IAM application Suite and ancillary applications while working directly with peers, security application developers, and IAM engineers to meet the operational needs of the organization. In addition, this role may act as a liaison between the organization and their technology staff to ensure the environment meets application requirements in conjunction with organization policies and regulatory requirements. Business areas include IT system, Business system, clinical applications and Human Resources. What You Will Do: - Assist application users and resolve support requests within established service level agreements. - Troubleshoot application issues, with minimal assistance, to resolution including root cause analysis and recommendations for permanent resolution. - Perform needs assessment, design, implement, and support activities in accordance with SDLC and project management best practices. - Lead solution design and business workflow (in conjunction with business partners) phases for low to medium complexity efforts; workflows will fo...
