Ram Governance Manager

Job description

The Ram Brand Governance Manager requires a self-motivated, energetic, results driven individual who is passionate about the Ram brand and the automotive industry. This position will be primarily focused on supporting the Leadership team’s activities for Governance over Brand Operations. In this role the individual will take the lead in several key areas including but not limited to the following: Governance Support - Actively support monthly Stellantis governance meetings to ensure the Brand leadership team is well informed, this includes but is not limited to planning preparatory reviews, draft speaker notes, and create executive briefing presentations Brand Strategy Execution: - Understand the goals and assist in driving the Brand team's execution of the strategy - Validate analytical conclusions together with senior management - Provide strategic support by conducting research, preparing reports, and analyzing data to facilitate informed decision-making and problem-solving - Coordination with Brand finance to monitor and understand strategic options and decisions impacts to profitability - Support areas of strategic planning, market analysis, participate in key brainstorming an...
