Job description
As a Weld and Production Technician (Welding and Mechanical Assembly), you’ll play a direct role in building precision hot runner components that support consistent melt flow, part quality, and reliable production for customers across the plastics industry. You’ll work on-site at Mold Masters, a Hillenbrand company, in Georgetown, Ontario. We design and manufacture hot runner systems, temperature controllers, auxiliary injection, and co-injection technologies used by manufacturers worldwide. Your craftsmanship will support disciplined execution, operational excellence, and long-term system performance. The work you do will matter every shift and over the full life of the product. Shift: 2nd, 8 hours, 5 days/week + Shift Premium Pay Standard Hours: Monday - Friday 2:40pm – 10:50pm Overtime: As needed: Location: 233 Armstrong Ave, Georgetown ON L7G 4X5 WHAT YOU’LL DO: Build and assemble hot runner manifold components and subassemblies by following engineering drawings, travelers, and Job Instruction Sheets to meet fit, function, and traceability requirements.
