Shift and Status Full time, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on-call weekends Hybrid: visiting patients in Newaygo, Fremont and surrounding areas About Hospice: Corewell Health Hospice specializes in providing end of life care and symptom management to individuals with a life expectancy of six month or less, serving individuals in their home, nursing facilities, and in the hospital.
