Job Details: This position is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. This position requires an essential understanding and control of the production process, accurate record keeping, and general line maintenance and staffing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Highly recommended to include a resume in a PDF or Word Document format and/or complete the application fully showing current and past work experience to be considered for the position REQUIREMENTS : Experience: 3 + years in a manufacturing environment and prior supervisory/lead experience required or equivalent educational typically acquired through a bachelor's degree. Familiarity with processing floor operation is a plus; HACCP certification a plus understanding of basic HACCP principals and the ability to perform CCP monitoring verification; knowledge of fresh meats processing a plus. Experience in further processing is preferred.
