About this role: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs necessary to meet Sunrise Management’s high standards for property quality and curb appeal. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager in all aspects of property upkeep, including expense control, preventive maintenance, and compliance with state and federal safety regulations. Hourly Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 DOE - This is a temporary position, approximately 32 hours per week, and is expected to last about six months. The role is benefit-eligible.
