Position Summary The Vice President of Operations, Retail is responsible for leading all manufacturing and operations activities across the Gibraltar Building Products Retail Manufacturing Operations locations. This role provides end-to-end operational leadership for a multi-site, multi-brand manufacturing footprint, ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable operations that deliver high-quality finished products to retail customers on time and at competitive cost. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the Vice President of Operations is a key member of the operations leadership team and plays a central role in driving operational excellence, margin improvement, working capital discipline, and integration of acquired businesses. This leader sets the operational strategy, establishes common standards and systems, and develops high-performing teams capable of supporting both near-term execution and long-term growth. The position has responsibility across U.S. manufacturing locations and requires significant domestic travel.
