The Position: The Quality Supervisor’s primary function will be to direct and manage the quality assurance activities for the facility, ensuring that the production of semi-trailers is consistent with established quality standards. The position executes internal audits within established manufacturing and production controls to ensure compliance with in-house and external specifications and standards. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Conducts internal production/process and manufacturing quality control audits and risk assessments. - Well versed in philosophy of Built-In-Quality including understanding “Stop” capability, ability to effectively write “Problem description”, Understand “Sort” capability of the nonconformance, know how to provide “feedback” to the casual area, and conduct an effective “Root cause and Corrective action" - Knowledge of data analysis tools, defect escape symptoms vs causes, manufacturing build acceptance standards and t...
