In this highly visible, patient-facing role, you will act as a key liaison between patients and internal teams - helping patients understand their insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and next steps in their care. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, removing barriers to treatment, and delivering an exceptional patient experience at every touchpoint.
