Job Description: Operating and maintaining blender machines to ensure the production of high-quality food products. Job Duties: Prepare necessary paperwork and retrieve the production schedule from the formulator. Check all equipment and the surrounding area at start-up for condensation on drip pans, framework, etc. Lock out the grinder following proper Lock Out/Tag Out procedures. Assemble the grinder after carefully observing all parts for damage. Test and set up the fat analyzer. Ensure that all guards and doors are in the closed position before operating the equipment.
