The Role As a Team Lead within KOMI's Content Services team, you will lead the review, acceptance, and delivery of viral video content across our client channels. You will be the editorial standard-bearer for your team - making sharp, informed decisions about what content meets the mark and ensuring your researchers develop the same instinct over time. You'll have a genuine command of what each client needs: their audience, their tone, and what makes content land. That knowledge sits at the core of everything you do, from acceptance calls to team coaching to stakeholder conversations. Alongside your leadership and editorial responsibilities, you'll contribute to content sourcing where needed and uphold the operational standards that keep the pipeline running cleanly.
