Discover Impactful Work: The Manager, Process Engineering will lead a team supporting sterile manufacturing operations within Sterile South (vial, syringe, and auto-injector lines). A Day in the Life: - Lead ~5 process engineers - Provide hands-on support on the manufacturing floor - Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis - Support tech transfers and changeovers - Drive process improvements and efficiency - Collaborate with quality, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams - Mentor and develop team members Keys to Success: Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical discipline Experience: - 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical...
