Job description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Lead laboratory priorities and activities as a team lead, ensuring testing, calibration, maintenance, and reporting activities align with organizational goals and performance expectations. - Drive accurate and timely analyses, data acquisition, and interpretation to support informed technical and business decisions. - Maintain and optimize electronic engineering tools and standard and specialized test equipment to ensure reliability, readiness, and compliance. - Provide technical leadership in planning, scheduling, and executing testing activities on electronic systems and vehicles. - Develop, apply, and advance test methods to enhance laboratory capabilities and expand the effective use of specialized analytical instruments. - Elevate team capability by mentoring and training technicians on advanced equipment, analytical techniques, and test methodologies. - Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by interfacing management, engineers, customers, suppliers, and other teams, including delivering technical presentations. - Promote continuous improvement and quality by leading audits, corrective actions, and improvement...
