GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION: Lead Proctors will administer various types of academic and placement testing and pre-employment and skills assessments to corporate individuals, as well as certification exams to qualified candidates. Exhibit thorough knowledge and understanding of all testing center policies, procedures, materials, and available assessments and certifications offered. Assist manager with training, scheduling, as well as any duties and tasks relating to assessment and certification as assigned. ** Must have the ability and willingness to travel to all Lake County campus locations/ sites of East Chicago, Gary, and Crown Point, as well as external agencies as directed by manager ** Major Responsibilities: This is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Other duties logically associated with this position may be assigned. All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
