Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 13 years of experience in social marketing, digital governance, or marketing operations. - 3 years of experience in people management. - Experience building and operationalizing global marketing standards across multiple regions or business units. - Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams in organizations. Preferred qualifications: - Experience embedding AI-enabled tools into marketing workflows. - Experience working with analysts and enjoys working with data. - Experience working with international teams. - Ability to translate strategy into repeatable systems that guide measurable business impact. - Ability to balance speed, experimentation, and governance. - Ability to work cross-functionally with a high number of stakeholders.
