LOCATION: Metal Container Corporation in Newburgh, NY. SALARY: $ 37.96-$42.78 per hour for the first 8 hours of a shift. $56.94-$64.17 per hour for the next 4.25 hours at 1.5x base rate. Pay increases after completion of certifications and licenses. Ranging from $0.90-$2.45 per hour on base rate and $1.35-$3.68 at 1.5x rate up to the maximum hourly rate. Quarterly bonus eligible based on KPIs. Double time for working on a holiday + holiday pay (a regular day's pay). Paid every week.
